Critical Orifices
Critical Orifices are used to calibrate the Dry Gas Meters "DGM" (which is inside Meter Consoles) instead of Wet Test/Gas Meters. This is done after every single smokestack test.
Critical Orifices themselves require regular re-calibrations.
Applicable Sampling/Testing Methods:
- Section 10 or 16 of US EPA Methods 1 to 5, 17, 23, 26A, 29, 201, 201a, 202 and others
